What an AI receptionist costs, and what you get for it
What WiseUnit costs per month, what you get on every plan, what changes between plans and how to work out which one fits your call volume.

The short answer
WiseUnit’s AI receptionist costs from €119 a month, or €99 a month on annual billing. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. There are three plans, and they differ in how many call minutes they include, not in what the receptionist can do.
- Starter: €119 a month, or €99 a month billed annually. 1,000 included minutes a month.
- Business: €359 a month, or €299 a month billed annually. 3,500 included minutes a month.
- Scale: €599 a month, or €539 a month billed annually. 7,000 included minutes a month, with volume above that quoted for you.
What every plan includes
The receptionist is the same on every plan. A Starter customer doesn’t get a lighter version of it. On each plan, WiseUnit:
- Answers every call 24/7 on the phone number you connect in the product.
- Books appointments into Google Calendar, Calendly or Cal.com, and confirms a booking only once it exists in the calendar. Calendly needs a paid Calendly plan and the caller’s email; Cal.com needs the caller’s email.
- Answers from the facts, website pages and documents you add and approve.
- Transfers callers to your team on one transfer number per receptionist, with transfers after hours if you allow them.
- Takes callback requests with the reason, the preferred callback time and a priority.
- Saves every call in your call history with a transcript and the confirmed outcome, plus call summaries and call analytics.
- Turns questions it couldn’t answer into suggested answers for you to approve. Your changes stay in draft until you publish them.
Unlimited receptionists on every plan
You don’t pay per receptionist. Every plan lets you create as many as you need, for example one for opening hours, one for evenings and weekends, and one that answers in another language.
That matters because each WiseUnit receptionist answers in one language you choose: English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Polish or Turkish. If you serve callers in two languages, you run two receptionists, and the price stays the same.
What changes between plans
Besides minutes, the plans differ in how many phone numbers, simultaneous calls and team members they cover.
- Starter: 1 phone number, 1 concurrent call, 1 team member. Built for roughly 1 to 20 calls a day.
- Business: 3 phone numbers, 3 concurrent calls, unlimited team members. Built for roughly 20 to 100 calls a day.
- Scale: phone numbers and concurrent calls set up to suit your volume, unlimited team members. Built for 100 calls a day or more, or teams across several locations.
How to work out which plan fits
Start from your own call log, not from a guess. Count how many calls you get in a typical month, including the ones nobody answered, and how long a normal call lasts.
Then do the arithmetic. If your calls last around three minutes, 1,000 minutes covers a bit over 330 calls a month. At the same length, 3,500 minutes covers around 1,170 calls. Booking calls and simple questions tend to be short; calls that end in a detailed callback request take longer.
Included minutes reset every month. If your calls regularly need more than your plan includes, move to the next plan up. Concurrent calls are worth checking too: if several customers tend to call at the same moment, for example first thing in the morning, Starter’s single line may be the limit before minutes are.
Comparing the cost with the alternatives
The fair comparison is not with zero. It is with what you do today about the calls your team can’t take.
Voicemail costs nothing, but callers can’t book, can’t get an answer and often hang up and try someone else. A staffed answering service puts a person on the line, usually priced per call or per minute, so the bill grows with every call, and the operator rarely has access to your calendar or your prices. Hiring someone for the front desk covers opening hours, but not evenings, weekends or a second language.
An AI receptionist sits on a fixed monthly plan with a known number of minutes. The useful question is how many of your missed calls were bookings, and what one booking is worth to your business. Your own numbers answer that better than any industry average.

Monthly or annual billing
Monthly billing keeps you flexible. Annual billing lowers the monthly price, and you pay for the year up front: Starter is €1,188 a year instead of €1,428, Business is €3,588 instead of €4,308, and Scale is €6,468 instead of €7,188. Included minutes still reset every month on either option.
If you are unsure about your volume, a monthly plan lets you watch a few weeks of call history before you commit to a year.
